i bring the rain with me wherever i go

what's up with this? it's been gray and cold in LA for the past couple days, and now it's raining! i'm cursed. the same thing happened last time i came here. it rained the entire week, and then i got sick with that never-ending cough. yesterday morning, i woke up feeling absolutely disgusting and congested. it was a nasty flashback to winter break.

anyway, it was good thing that i didn't have any meetings to go to, since i was feeling so gross, but i did drive around with my cousin. we took his ferrari to malibu, which would have been even sweeter if it wasn't so bleak outside, but the mountains were gorgeous even in the fog.

got another meeting today, with this woman i spoke to last spring who works at john cusack's production company. tomorrow i'm meeting with the guy who edited "office space," and his next project is the tenacious d movie. should be some interesting interviews. and i get to see lindsey tonight! yay!
