we'll say that today is the day that manuel officially took his first steps! this morning, he was standing really well, so my aunt held onto one of his hands and got him to walk towards her. before he got to her though, she let go, and he took the last two or three steps by himself before he fell into her! it was really quick though, since the momentum kept him going. and he refused to even try after that. we would try to get him to come to us while he was standing somewhere, and he would drop to the ground and crawl. oh well. but it was really exciting when he was stumbling by himself!
