choose love, not genocide
well, i've graduated. it's surreal, and i can't really put it into words, so i'll just put up a bunch of pictures from the weekend...

before commencement at ryan field

the graduates

freshmen roommates, three years later

next year's roomies

brent requested to be put on the blog, so here he is with his crazy light-up mortarboard...

...and here again after the school of communication convocation.

as my-van was taking this pic, she asked me, "are you bending your knees?" i was not. i'm really just that short. or they're all freakishly tall. and i was even wearing heels!

my first experience with shuffleboard, at nevin's for brent's grad party

my grad dinner

today, mv and i enjoyed some specialties of chicago: lake michigan and chicago-style hot dogs
we've driving back home tomorrow, so it's my last night in evanston. thanks northwestern, for enriching my life more than i could have ever imagined. i'll miss the school and everyone terribly, but it's on to the next step. i've loved every minute i've had here, but there must be bigger and brighter things on the horizon.
