good weekend, all in all...

- friday: allison and i had a really girly night and watched the last eight episodes of "sex and the city" in one sitting. i cried my eyes out, but it was sooo good. probably the most satisfying finale of a series that i've ever seen, and it was a good call to go out on such a high note.
- saturday: allison and i got to talk to meghan on the phone! later on, meredith, hussy and i went to pick up mer's friend eva in chicago. we went shopping, but mer's wallet got stolen from her dressing room, so that put a damper on things. and within half an hour, when mer called to cancel her cards, $300 had already been spent. people are evil. we college kids live in such a sheltered environment, and we don't even think that something like that could happen, so when it does, it's completely shocking. but in the end, it wasn't a life or death situation, so we didn't stress over it, and mer was surprisingly calm. we'll all think twice before leaving our stuff in the dressing room from now on.
- sunday: eva, mer, will and i all played croquet! it was so much fun! it's like mini-golf, but better, since you can play anywhere and it involves strategy and teams. will and i rocked the game, even with eva trash-talking all the way. it was such an odd thing to do, but such an interesting experience.

now i've got to study for econ. it'll be another busy week...
