just got back from vail...

it was a lovely vacation. the weather was beautiful during the week, but a cold front swept in the last few days and it rained and even snowed in some parts of the mountains. i can't wait to go skiing there in march, because there are so many slopes and it's just like a christmas card. i will most likely suck it up when i try to ski, since i haven't been in over four years, but oh well. being in vail during the summer was a little different, but we did a lot of shopping, some hiking, and enjoyed the amenities at the ritz-carlton. all in all, a relaxing trip.

this weekend will be quite a different experience, since i will be visiting friends at william & mary. we had better not be hanging out in colonial williamsburg. but i'm excited to see tina, becca, vito, and man!
