nafis is in my public speaking class, which makes it 50 times better! plus, he said that we have the best teacher, and he seems really cool. we started off by watching clips of examples of public speaking from movies and tv, then we started our first assignment, which is to do a speech on someone else in the class. even though the class is two hours long, it doesn't seem like it'll be that bad. now i have to get to work on french so i can prove that i know more than they think i do.
