i've realized recently that i've been dissecting people's faces. not in the gross literal way that nafis has for med school, but i mean that i've started picking out features that come from a person's parents. for example, all of my dad's features come from his mom, while his brother only looks like their dad. manuel's nose is identical to my grandpa's. my sister inherited my dad's jaw. my face is my mom's, but with my dad's eyebrows. matt kraft's chin definitely comes from his mom. it's a fun game, you should try it sometime. i wish i could meet all my friends' parents so that i could determine why they look like they do.
