Ok, I don't who posted this comment, and it might have been one of my friends or family, but it pissed me off anyway. First off, I was not talking about Kerry, I was speaking specifically about Bush and how I disagree with his stance on many issues. I don't pretend to know much about Kerry, so this election was more about choosing the lesser of two evils for me.

But that's not really the point. The thing that hurt me was the insinuated/outright contempt for my opinions. However, whoever you are, you're right. My opinion doesn't really matter, and as the queen of self-deprecation, I will be the first to tell you that. What I write is not fair, balanced, or even rational all of the time, but it's honestly what I'm thinking. This is simply an online journal to express what I'm feeling at certain points in my life. I'm not trying to convert people to my way of thinking, and it's not even like very many people read this thing anyway. I should be able to say whatever the hell I want to say without having to feel bad about it.


Sorry if this rant bothered some people. Usually, I am very anti-confrontational, but right now, I'm sleep-deprived, stressed, and nauseous after watching two hours of hand-held camera movement. If this comment was from one of my friends, I love you, but I still reserve the right to get upset. I am cranky, do not mess with me.
