things that are happening:

- free scoop day at ben and jerry's. i've missed it every year and if i do again, i'm really going to be pissed.
- editing's getting underway. now i will have no free time.
- i have an unhealthy infatuation with "the joy of painting" with bob ross. i just got a shirt from urban outfitters with his face on it.
- i have a phone interview today for an internship that i really want because it would involve video stuff close to home. i haven't lived at home for an extended period of time since the summer after freshman year.
- i totally kicked jake's ass in mariokart battle mode. that is a huge victory for me considering that he is the most competitive guy ever and i'm usually horrible at video games. but my friends are frightened when i play them in battle mode because apparently i'm vicious. it's all that practice with chippy when i was a kid.
